Gallery 545 Update During COVID-19
In these challenging times, we hope you are well, and we empathise with all those whose personal and professional lives have been affected by COVID-19.
We want to give you an update to let you know how we are continuing to operate under these difficult circumstances to support artists and connect them with collectors.
Website – Our website is still open, and we are still able to process orders, even if deliveries are likely to be delayed. This can happen as it might take longer to collect artworks from artists as they often have limited access to their studios, because packaging services or packaging materials might not be immediately available from companies we normally buy them from, and also because couriers are experiencing delays or difficulties with deliveries. All our deliveries are tracked, and we will keep you informed about possible delays. If the artwork you bought can’t be delivered to you for any reason, we will offer you a full refund, including shipping costs. As deliveries are becoming more difficult, we understand that also a return could be delayed, all we ask is for you to contact us within 14 days and we’ll work with you to organise it.
Art advisory & customer services – We are now working from home, and we are still able to offer art advisory and customer services as usual. You can email email@example.com, phone 07960 130414, or DM us.
Our support to artists – Artists are now in a precarious position, as they cannot present and sell their works at galleries or art fairs, cannot always access their studio or have the time for their practice. We are here to support them using the Internet, offering them the opportunity to showcase and sell their work online, and giving them exposure on our website and social media. So, keep following us to discover their art and find out about our forthcoming online initiatives to support them.
