Latisha Reihill

Latisha Reihill creates textured abstract paintings inspired and influenced by the qualities and histories of buildings and natural landscapes. Here she offers an insight into her work: ‘The crux of my practice is materiality. I have focused my practice mainly around the materiality of surfaces and as well as colour, often times looking at architecture/landscape and the memories they hold, the recoating of colour and the trauma of surface.’

Latisha Reihill recently completed a Degree in Fine Art Painting from the University of Ulster (Belfast). Only a recent graduate, she has already obtained several recognitions for her work as her paintings were awarded by galleries in Belfast, bought for a public collection and numerous private ones.
