Robert McLearnon
Robert McLearnon is an award-winning painter. Throughout his career as a professional artist, he has collaborated and exhibited with established commercial galleries in Northern Ireland and beyond, and worked on commissions, including for the BBC. Many of his works can be found in private collections throughout the UK, Ireland, USA and other countries.
McLearnon’s engaging dynamic paintings feature bold gestural marks and saturated hues. Energetic movements can alternate with slower rhythms, and vibrant colours with more earthy tones, thus creating different moods and atmospheres.
