The Island Arts Centre and Gallery 545 join forces again this year to present their fifth annual major showcase celebrating contemporary art created in Northern Ireland. The exhibition features over twenty accomplished artists and a large and diverse art selection. 

Gallery 545 is delighted to work with award-winning artist Rosie McGurran. Her solo exhibition presents extraordinary new paintings, suspended between reality and fantasy and telling stories of the past - of Belfast and the artist, but also stories of an imaginary world.

Gallery 545 is thrilled to join forces with the Harrison Chambers of Distinction to present a group of artists on the rise based in Northern Ireland. A curated selection of their unique paintings will be on display in a beautiful room in the quirky award-winning hotel in Belfast.

‘Painted Perspectives’ features accomplished painters Janet Keith and Katherine St Angelo and their inventive works. Both artists are drawn to landscapes and nature, yet they adopt two different takes on this common source of inspiration and create distinctive abstract or semi-abstract pieces.

This spring we are excited to launch a solo exhibition featuring award-winning artist Lisa Ballard. Her new body of work will be on display, a beautiful series of atmospheric paintings inspired by landscapes she encountered in Ireland and around the world and her emotional response to them.
